Due to a fire at St. Andrews on the square, the ceremony will now be at the same location as the reception, the Plaza Hotel at 4th and Victoria.  The entrance to the ballroom is through the double doors on the side of the building (on 4th Ave). However, if it's at all unclear, you can get in through the lobby entrance at the corner of 4th and Victoria as well.
